In 2022, ceated a comprehensive brand system and visual identity for Extra, a debit card that builds credit. As the first of its kind on the market, the brand needed to stand out and feel revolutionary in a crowded and often mundane fintech space.

Logo Refresh
The Extra logo needed a refresh when we began the redesign. We traded hard edges and asymmetric letterforms for a more balanced and refined mark. As a bonus, the logo was designed so the Extra card fits perfectly within the lowercase "e."

Redesigned the flagship Extra card to feature the logo’s connecting shape. This form became a primary identifier used throughout the visual direction, as it correlates directly to the upward movement of credit scores.
